What data we collect

Through the “Book a demo” form we collect your full name, email address, phone number, organisation name, type of competition and approximate number of teams.

For what purpose

Solely to respond to your request and arrange a Virium presentation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

For how long

Until our discussions end, and no longer than 2 years from the last contact, unless you become our customer.

Who we share data with

Service providers we use to run the website: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email delivery (Resend). Data may be processed outside the EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, or object to processing, by writing to dawid@virium.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of UODO).

Cookies

The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. We only remember your selected language, and the admin panel uses one essential session cookie.
